Evolution of Blogging

As I will be without internet or tv and possibly shaky cell reception for the next month or so, I figured I will start up the blog again for the false sense of connection to my peers.

I've been reflecting upon my blogging career over the years and that's how I came up with the title "Evolution". Let's follow the growth of my blogs:

(age 14-15) Amie's Coffee House

Beware, there will be midi playing, that stuff was so popular back then. I spent alot of time on this website and it's still not finished. The intention was to provide a variety of buttons, lines, animated gifs, and possibly midi for other people to use on their webpages.

If you look at the journal, it's basically a rant about my school day and talks of cute boy sitings.

(age 17-18) A Site for Mee

This site was made to chronical my thoughts on the transition between highschool and college. It contained material about my senior year retail job, pictures of my life, hopes wishes and dreams, and other random outtings. I had to go back and remove some passive-aggressive rants about people because I realize that they are very offensive. And of course, boy stalking related excitement.

(age 19-20) LittleGirlfriend's Xanga

This xanga's now shut down. But it was just more pictures of outtings and random things. Tons of passive-aggressive rants about friends and people. A whole butt-load of boy sitings, and some over dramatic reactions to cute boy's actions. And lots of philosophical thoughts on my role in the grander scheme of life.

(age 20-21) This blog

All these entries are private now, I have a tendency to regret the things I write. It contained alot of very nice pictures. I started going out more so the pictures got more exciting and of course, I began drinking. Fewer passive aggressive rants but a whole lot more over dramatic reactions about boys. I seemed to have been so heart broken and depressed all the time and I really can't remember why now. Oh the plight of a young girl's heart. And introducing, career woes. What to do from here on out about my career.

So there you have it, the evolution of my blogging content.
