This is the restaurant of Brian Malarky, third place winner of last season's Top Chef. Too bad we didn't have the time to go try it. It is said that whatever you order here should be ordered "angry style" because that's his specialty. So if you want to pay $42 per plate and upwards, I hear this is the place to go.
